About the Role

Blooming Rays is growing its Sydney Metro sales team and looking for driven, people-first Sales Executives who want to build a serious income doing work that actually matters. You will be selling premium solar and battery storage solutions directly to homeowners across Sydney — helping families cut their power bills permanently while contributing to Australia's clean energy future.

This is a commission-based role with outstanding earning potential. If you are ambitious, self-motivated, and genuinely enjoy building relationships and closing deals, this role will reward you handsomely.

What You Will Be Selling

You will represent Blooming Rays' full suite of residential solar and battery solutions across Sydney Metro, including:

Grid-connected rooftop solar systems (6.6kW to 20kW+)
Battery storage systems including Tesla Powerwall, BYD, and Sungrow
Solar and battery bundle packages for maximum bill elimination
System upgrades and expansions for existing solar customers

Every system is CEC-approved, installed by accredited installers, and backed by Blooming Rays' quality and service guarantee.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers across Sydney Metro suburbs
Assess household energy consumption, roof suitability, and financial goals to design the right solar and battery solution
Present tailored proposals clearly, walking customers through system size, STC government rebate, feed-in tariff, payback period, and financing options where applicable
Follow up on warm leads provided by Blooming Rays through our digital marketing and calculator tools
Self-generate leads through referrals, community networking, door-knocking, and local canvassing
Maintain accurate records of pipeline, activity, and customer interactions
Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure seamless customer handover post-sale
Represent the Blooming Rays brand with professionalism, honesty, and zero pressure

Commissions are paid upon installation completion. There is no cap on earnings — your income is entirely in your hands.

Our Super Star hit $ 17,000 in a single month with a weekly record of $ 5,000. High performers are currently doing 8–12 sales per month are achieving from $7,000–$12,000 monthly and middle-class sales are doing between $ 5,000 and $ 6,000 per month.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in direct sales, ideally in solar, home improvement, financial services, or real estate
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts simply and confidently
Self-starter mentality — you do not need hand-holding to find and create opportunities
Genuine customer-first attitude — we sell what is right for the customer, not what is biggest for the commission
Valid NSW driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when customers are available
Solar industry knowledge or CEC sales accreditation is highly regarded but not essential — full product and compliance training is provided
